Rev. Tim Hatch, our Associate Pastor of worship and discipleship, has served SRBC since 2012. He earned a Bachelor's degree in 1999 from Anderson University (IN) in Church Music. He is preparing to finish his Master of Divinity Degree from Gateway Theological Seminary in Spring 2022.

Tim has been involved in the Worship Music Ministry since 1993. He spent several years “on the road” with Presence quartet where he toured full time from 1993-96 sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Presence Quartet recorded four studio projects and was nominated for Singing News Horizon Award during its time of ministry. Presence Quartet worked with artists such as Scott Fowler and the Cathedral Quartet, Jay Rouse, William J. Gaither, Sandi Patty, Marshall Hall and wrote and performed a song for the motion picture “Chillicothe.” Tim has written a plethora of original songs and frequently creates original arrangements of music for the Church.

Tim and his wife, Heather, have been serving the Lord together for over 20 years, and have served in Indiana, Ohio, Missouri, and Arizona. He has mentored numerous people that serve as worship leaders and/or tech specialists.
Tim and Heather have been married for 24 years and have three adult daughters. He enjoys outdoor activities, sports, woodworking and working on his old 1975 Ford F250. His greatest joy in life is to see God transform the heart of a person as they come to the realization they need Jesus Christ as their Savior and Lord.

Pastor Tim sings and plays keys while leading SRBC in worship. He loves connecting with new musicians and has a passion for helping people grow in their relationship with God.
