Acquisition COST

Our cost to move to a new site or to buy land and build a new church will be $6 million to $8 million. We hope to sell our existing property for $2.5 million. This leaves a balance of some $4.5 million that will come from immediate gifts from members, member contributions over the next 3 years, and debt financing. We need to maximize our gifts and contributions
in order to minimize our debt.

Fund-Raising GOAL

Funds raised in the Capital Stewardship Campaign play a critical
role in our ability to move to, or build, the new facility that we need. Accordingly, we need to pledge to give, through the 3-year duration of this Campaign:

$2,000,000 Beyond Measure Goal

$1,500,000 Celebrationelebration Goal

$ 750,000 Challenge Goal

The higher the goal reached, the lower the financing needed to acquire or build our new church
